Tier Verdict Β· Didn't Land

This powder hasn't impressed us in the Ninja Creami so far. Texture or flavor didn't quite land in the frozen base β€” but it may still be great in a shake or other uses.

The Review

Cracking into a brand new brand is always the highlight of my week, and I went into this Underground Biolabs test with high hopes for their Panda Supplements line. Right off the bat, you'll notice this isn't your typical chocolate-wafer-heavy profile. The label itself suggests a baked cookie inspiration, and that’s exactly what hits your tongueβ€”a very intense, upfront sweetness that leans a bit fake and synthetic. If you’re looking for those deep, dark cocoa notes to balance out the cream, you might be disappointed; the sugar levels here are high enough to effectively overpower the cookie notes entirely. +3 While the flavor feels a bit like a "B-side" track, the texture is where this powder actually earns its rent. Most whey blends require a little troubleshooting, but thanks to the collagen and gum blend, this pint was exceptionally soft and nice and smooth right out of the gate. It processed beautifully on the first spin with no ice and no respin required, which is a rare win for a standard whey. The mouthfeel is genuinely softer than most other wheys I’ve tested, lacking any of that chalky resistance. However, at the end of the day, a pint needs to taste as good as it feels. Even though the spin was effortless, there are simply too many other cookies and cream options on the market that bring a better chocolate cookie vibe to the table for me to grab another bag of this one.
