Ingredients
- 1 scoopBody Fortress Vanilla IsolateProtein
- ~8 oz1% Milk
- 2.5 tspZero sugar pudding mix (Cheesecake flavor)
- 1 tspVegetable Glycerin (food grade)
- 1/2 tspCake Batter Extract
- 10 piecesFrozen Cheesecake (diced)
- 1 TbspRaspberry (with lemon) Coulis
Instructions

Add milk to pint

Add Vegetable Glycerin(if using) and dry ingredients. (Not the Cheesecake or Coulis)

Immersion blend until uniform.

Freeze 24 hours.

Scrape hump down if present. Spin scoop - lite ice cream

Respin if necessary.

Empty pint into mixing bowl

Hand mix in cheesecake bites.

Put in storage container or serving bowl.

Drizzle coulis on top and GENTLY stir once or twice, just to slightly immersify. (or serve as is)
