Ingredients

  • Body Fortress Vanilla IsolateProtein
    1 scoop
  • 1% Milk
    ~8 oz
  • Zero sugar pudding mix (Cheesecake flavor)
    2.5 tsp
  • Vegetable Glycerin (food grade)
    1 tsp
  • Cake Batter Extract
    1/2 tsp
  • Frozen Cheesecake (diced)
    10 pieces
  • Raspberry (with lemon) Coulis
    1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1

    Add milk to pint

  2. 2

    Add Vegetable Glycerin(if using) and dry ingredients. (Not the Cheesecake or Coulis)

    Immersion blend until uniform.

  4. 4

    Freeze 24 hours.

  5. 5

    Scrape hump down if present. Spin scoop - lite ice cream

  6. 6

    Respin if necessary.

  7. 7

    Empty pint into mixing bowl

  8. 8

    Hand mix in cheesecake bites.

  9. 9

    Put in storage container or serving bowl.

  10. 10

    Drizzle coulis on top and GENTLY stir once or twice, just to slightly immersify. (or serve as is)
